WHY TWITCH PERMA-BANNED ME (Retweets greatly appreciated)

I have been a twitch partner for over 3 years. 3 weeks ago I got permanently banned on twitch and had no clue why. I went through the appeal document and they replied saying that it was "other terms and conditions violations" which didn't explain anything to me, but it did say that if I wanted more information, to email purchase support. Purchase support never got back to me in over two weeks (still haven't). So, I emailed partner help asking them to help me shed some light on what was going on and they replied with "we have become aware of fraudulent activity associated with your twitch account (tigressx)" and basically that they have terminated my account and partnership and that they wouldn't be communicating with me on this email anymore, but to email their legal team if I wanted more info. This just confused me even more, so of course I emailed their legal department asking the same questions hoping they would explain what on earth "fraudulent activity" was referring to. The legal department said pretty much the same copy paste but they added "fraudulent methods to circumvent the restrictions we have placed on the Twitch Prime product", I replied to this email asking all sorts of questions, explaining that I had no involvement in whatever that is meant to mean, asking them if there was some way that I could have a conversation with someone from twitch about it rather than having to wait weeks between replies. I still havn't had a reply back from all of the questions I asked and I don't feel like they plan on replying to me at all. So I showed some friends and people who have been streaming even longer than me the emails to see what they made of it. One of them asked if I had been getting more twitch prime subs than usual, and yeah, I was, but I was streaming more consistently and doing a lot more giveaways, I get given Smite codes from HiRez every Smite patch to giveaway on my stream, which I usually give away when I get subs on stream or for subs in my discord channel, so I didn't think anything of it. So what exactly are twitch saying? That people are making fake twitch accounts to get more entries into my giveaways using twitch prime? Is that even possible? Wouldn't you need multiple debit cards/identities to do that? Or are they saying that people/someone was just plain trolling me and that would somehow be my fault, as if I have any control over that just becuase I am the channel owner? Wouldn't it make more sense to disable the twitch prime feature on affected accounts or even to give streamers a setting where they can turn the option for people subbing to them through prime on/off, rather than banning streamers for something that someone else is doing to them? It would be nice if twitch gave streamers a little heads-up that people are doing this (I can't be the first person this has happened to), then we would at least know to look out for this kind of thing, maybe then I could have spotted it and reported it rather than them just instantly banning me. The thing is, I dont think they have thought of any of those options, I think they are insinuating that I am somehow doing this to my account, as if I would have a clue how to, or even have the time to and as if I would ever risk my partnership when streaming video games on twitch is literally what I do for a minimum of 6 hours a day. Anyway, I have reason to believe that it is actually someone who is trolling my channel because two days after I got banned, I also noticed that all of my items off my amazon wishlist had been bought (all items amounting to about £300), I knew pretty much straight away that it would be somebody trolling so I had a conversation with an Amazon employee through their live chat (and I saved the chat logs) where they confirmed that infact everything that had been ordered had then immediately been cancelled afterwards, so I had to put every item back on my wishlist, I know that isn't the end of the world but I feel like it is just way too coincidental for that to happen so soon after the ban and is just an example of how far people will go to try and troll me. I really don't know why twitch won't respond my to questions, but if ANYONE has had this happen to them, has any other idea what it might be or could point me in the direction of somebody to message at twitch who I can actually have a conversation with, that would be AMAZING because this could literally become a new method of trolls "botting" streamers to make them look bad/get them in trouble and I can't even seem to get in contact with twitch to warn them of this.
