Hindsight is always 20/20, and clarity always comes after a good night's sleep. Last night, I tweeted frustrated and angry about Aris joking about my players colluding during Top 8. Rather than coming to him privately to sort everything out, I decided to take my anger and frustrations out publicly.
From my perspective, collusion is an issue I take very seriously, and a very real thing that happens even with high-profile players. When it's taken lightly, and targeted at my own players with little to no evidence, it sets me off as with what happened last night.
Last night was not the way to handle things the right way, and rather than taking a step back to collect myself, I decided to tweet angry like an unprofessional idiot.
Aris, I'm sorry I handled this poorly, and to Echo Fox and fans of the team, I'm sorry that I didn't set a better example last night.
