day 1 testing. there could be some changes that aren't found yet but this is it. there's some minor stuff that aren't on this list like some changes to puzzle league
pc dmg (pvt) 4 lines -> 2 lines 1 block
pc dmg (on swap) -> 3 lines 3 blocks
pc dmg (swap combo) -> 4 lines 4 blocks
all clear in pvt:
-dmg 4 lines -> 6 lines
-doesn't always send +4 lines when offsetting anymore, but will still send extra garbage on offset. it looks like it removes damage offsetted/2 when offsetting instead of ignoring it completely (original ac behavior) or taking it all into account (normal chain behavior)

not changed:
offsetting bug is still in the game
doubles and triples are not nerfed
puyo's chain power and power chain power (not 100% certain)
framedata tables haven't been checked to the number but feel the same
tetris is still overpowered in swap mode
tetris is still broken in party mode

replays: old replays still work and don't desync. there's now a pause button on replays
