Anonymous message from a CCS admin

~ One of my teammates was messaged this by a CCS admin, He sent us this in trust that it will stay anonymous...and it will, don't even bother asking who wrote this because none of us will state who it is. That being said if the person wants to come out and say it was him then he will but otherwise his name is not being released. Since this is anonymous we have no proof of the admin sending this to us without leaking his name, so some people will say that we wrote this but i promise that we didn't... at the end of the day believe what you want- Hyper ~

I’m a CCS admin and I’d like to stay anonymous, at least for now. I’m writing this because of the way upper administration, specifically Flufvy have been handling issues and the league in general. One of the things I have noticed throughout my time with the league is the relaxation and bending of rules to accommodate Flufvy’s behavior and decisions. For instance, I’ve seen our general racism cod of conduct go from very strict, to just only no racism in the official CCS discord, to “only with the hard R” in the case of the N word. Also, another point I’d like to mention is that we as a staff don’t really get an actual opinion in decisions. Even when we say “we as a staff unanimously decided,” we often mean to say “none of us but Flufvy decided” He doesn’t seem to even take the opinions of the rest of Staff into serious consideration most of the time. I originally joined this league because I was tired of getting fucked by ESL and it was a place for underage players to showcase their talents, which got me excited because it seemed like the type of community I had been looking for for ages. But instead of impersonal, cold decisions based on a rulebook written by someone with 2 sticks up their ass, Flufvy seems to decide on player’s fates based on whatever impression they leave on him or what he thinks about him. Like when he “joked” about having EGA sub in a player, when a legitimate question is being asked about match rules, there’s a level of trust that whatever the admin says is law. That’s absolute bullshit and EGA got fucked there, just worse than ESL, because instead of a cold, seemingly impersonal decision based on just rules and regulations, an admin essentially lied to them.
