Thinking aloud
My story in Natus Vincere is over. Here I have spent a little less than 4 wonderful years, during which I've worked, among other things, as an analyst and coach of CS:GO team.
Of course, it is sad to leave the organization which has become so familiar for you; yet at the same time the change is necessary - for the team roster as well as for myself personally. Organisation has given me the opportunity to progress and grow in the sphere that I consider to be my life. I am grateful to the management, the players and Na'Vi staff for the great time that we've spent together.
I'd like to single out the team's supporters. You know, just when I was starting as a coach I have imagined but couldn't possibly comprehend entirely how important it is to have devoted fans. You people who support the squad are unique. Because of your support, despite the results, I have discovered something new for myself, something that drives you to not just keep trying every day, but what could constitute one's entire life's goal. A huge thanks for those rays of light that you have brought even during the most dark times.
As for me, I will undoubtedly continue to coach as I'm now sure that I'm going in the right direction. In the nearest future I will consider the propositions. I won't guess at their quantity but I will choose the one that will have the biggest promise of organisation's desire to progress further and geography will hardly play any role in this.
