I parted ways with Splyce on good terms.
As of the news yesterday, I mutually agreed with Splyce to step down as Head Coach. We came to the conclusions that there wasn't much of a point to stay longer with the team. The lack of chemistry made it hard to gain sufficiency with the team, thus this had led to me and Splyce parting ways.
There is no bad blood between me, the players and/or the organization. I am thankful for my time at Splyce and the opportunity with the team. I wish them the best of luck in the future.
