Variety strimmer

I really don't know how to word this but I think everyone that follows me deserves an update and fore-warning so that know what to expect in the coming future. (hi reddit)

Long story short, I'm going to be moving away from Overwatch in the coming months. I can feel my own personal enjoyment of the game fading, and also I think my relevancy to the scene has run it's course as well. I'd like to make a graceful exit instead of waiting until I have a meltdown on stream or something similar.

"NA/World's Best Lucio" was kind of a title that got thrown at me unfairly by clickbait channels and my fans in general, but I tried my best to live up to that standard even if it was stressful/harmful at times. I was never in it for the fame or titles, I just wanted to have fun and be a positive influence. (Remember kids, don't shit talk others on the internet, or they may make a viral video about making you eat your words.) I think that's probably why I'm feeling the burnout now, I don't really have a long term goal such as going pro that's driving me to keep going.

I greatly appreciate everyones incredible support over the past almost year, it's really been an awesome journey, and I hope most of you (i know i can't expect all of you) stick with me as I shift to variety streaming.

So what does this mean for you as a viewer? I'm not dropping OW cold-turkey, i'm still going to be playing it 2-3 streams a week for this first month or so. Who knows, maybe there will be week where the spark gets re-kindled and I play the whole week. But overall, you can expect a lot more games to be played. This next week for example i'm planning on finishing up Ori and the Blind Forest, grinding in Fortnite, finishing a few routes in dream daddy (comin for that ass Craig), continue Hollow Knight, maybe start Spec Ops: The Line as well. These first few weeks are going to be a little hectic until I find something that sticks for a while.

My youtube channel will definitely see some compilations of different games as well, and i'm hoping that new games will encourage me to start making more of my own videos again.

Finally, what if you have a fever for high level lucio gameplay, that can only be cured by more high level lucio gameplay? Good news, I know of a few others that also play Lucio amazingly well:

Ajax: https://www.twitch.tv/ajax1tv
Caliburn: https://www.twitch.tv/caliburngg
Linepro: https://www.twitch.tv/linepro
dhak: https://www.twitch.tv/dhak
Grego: https://www.twitch.tv/gregomyeggolive

just to name a few. They don't all stream super consistently, but they all are super good, so make sure to check them out when they're online!

If you made it this far, thanks for reading the whole thing, I know it was pretty melodramatic, but it has been my life for this past year. Hopefully I see you in stream sometime!
