Update July 8: First off, thanks again everyone for your overwhelming messages of support and help as I try to save DSPGaming and keep doing this for a living!

In regards to DSPGaming, there is little to report. The only response I received was from YouTube Creator Support, who literally ignored the entire body of my e-mail to them and responded with nothing more than a form-letter response, reiterating that DSPGaming will be terminated in 7 days (as of yesterday) if I do not get at least one of the copyright strikes against it removed. That's it. I responded explaining that this was serious legal matter, that they actually need to read the body of my e-mail before responding, and that they need to look into this impersonator who submitted the two false Rockstar Games copyright strikes. I also advised them that if a 7+ year running YouTube channel with hundreds of millions of views got shut down because of THEIR oversight, I would blow the issue up among the media (similar to what happened in early 2016) as well as seek legal recourse. Finally, I asked them to give special permissions to NOT have DSPGaming shut down until it was determined if the copyright strikes were legitimately from Rockstar Games or not. I'm waiting for another response, which I probably won't receive until tomorrow.

In regards to everyone else: Curse and Rockstar in particular, I probably won't hear anything from them until Monday at the earliest because they're not in the office on weekends. WHICH SUCKS, because with a 7-day time limit for DSPGaming (now 6 days by the way), weekends are not exempt from this countdown, yet the companies I need to speak to about it don't have 7-days-a-week reps to speak with.

In regards to streaming: many are asking me if DSPGaming does get shut down, would I attempt to be a full-time streamer? In particular, I've gotten THOUSANDS of new followers on my Twitch channel over the last few weeks, and viewership is solid and continues to grow. In addition, people ARE cheering/subbing/tipping during streams more often and this upward trend seems to be continuing as newer people are joining, and enjoying the streams as much as the regulars. It's been VERY positive recently, especially since I stated the Dark Souls II run. HOWEVER, it still remains very uncertain whether streaming full-time would bring in enough revenue for me to pay my bills. For example: today, Saturday, people were out in droves to wish me well and hope everything goes well with DSPGaming, so I got a bunch of tips/cheers from people I normally wouldn't see on stream. But that is more than likely a one-time thing that won't continue to happen. So for today: YES, I definitely made enough on stream to do that full-time and be able to survive financially. BUT, will I continue to get that kind of support DAILY? Because that's what I'd need to entirely make up for the ad revenue that my YouTube videos were pulling in on DSPGaming. So I cannot answer this question until we see, long-term, how streaming continues to do.

REMINDER: I cannot upload to DSPGaming, so if you miss the live streams, check out the latest sessions of Dark Souls II archived on my Twitch channel here on demand: http://www.twitch.tv/darksydephil Do I make money on this? NO, but I'd rather you're able to see the playthrough than not at all, if you cannot make the live streams.

I hope to have more positive news for you soon. Tomorrow, Sunday, I'm going to be streaming EARLIER (starting at 11:30am PDT instead of 12:30) and going longer by about an hour for a super-long session of Dark Souls II! Hope to see you there!
