Toxic

Hi,
Something has been going on for way too long and I felt the need to write a post about to this to clear things up.

First off, id like to clarify that nothing you see on stream is fake, it is the real me with no filter and i'm reasonable enough to see that some of it is borderline unacceptable and its a work in progress. I enjoy having banter-heavy interactions and such, that's just the way it is.

With that in mind, when you are on my roster, whether it's my real team, team Canada or I am ringing for someone I view each view each and everyone as a friend. I don't have many friends but teammates are sacred. I always do my best to not only create an environment for everyone to improve but I am usually the one to try and defuse any ongoing situation on the team. Of course I have gotten upset in the past, everyone has but it's not the same thing, not even close.

The reason i'm writing is simple, this false in-team image that people paint of me is way more damaging than I realized. At first I thought to myself, I have nothing to prove to the community, they don't need proof and VODs and recordings but recently someone from another team confirmed to me that they didn't offer me a tryout because of that image of me they had. Even though I would've declined to stay with my team like I've doing since the beginning, I was heartbroken. People on social medias, twitch chat and Reddit that type stuff like "I bet he is tilted right now", or "his toxicity is not worth his level of play" damage my career opportunities way more than my comp-queue behavior.

With OWL coming up, I don't ask for roast-immunity and the mercy of the people, I ask that the community gives me fair treatment and criticize and judge only what they can see, hear or experience. I hope the people understand that this is wrong and damaging and we can all learn from this and apply it to the players similar to me (ie: Sinatraa LUL).

Sorry for the wall of text and thank you for reading this far.

Sincerely,

ToxQc
