Since our inception in October of 2016, Nexus Gaming has run $150 3v3 Tournaments on almost every Saturday. The past 8 months have provided some incredible Rocket League, unbelievable upsets, and chaotic finishes. Our tournaments have also given a chance for up-and-coming North American players to prove themselves against some of the best talent the world has to offer. Some of these players even have gone on to prove themselves in the RLCS and other community events.

Nexus Gaming is excited to announce our second invitational with a prize pool of $1000 USD. Invitations have been sent to teams who have proven themselves to be among the best North America has to offer. The currently confirmed teams include three-time North American regional champions NRG Esports, the patriotic Rogue squad, and Brisk Summer Series contenders Ohana. Other confirmed teams include the Ninja Dinosaurs, Applesauce, Ascension, Onslaught Esports, Lights Out, Empyreal Esports, Ambition Esports, and Fibeon Esports. Other teams are expected to accept their invitations shortly.

The Nexus Gaming Summer Invitational is slated to start at 7 PM EDT on Saturday, July 1st. Every series until the Finals will be in a best-of-5, while the finals will be a best-of-7. All other Nexus Gaming tournament rules apply; the full ruleset can be located at https://gamingnex.us/rules.
