We would like to invite any and all of you who may have issues/concerns/questions or just things they want changed at our events to contact us at uqsupersmash@gmail.com
This email has always been open to people to submit questions and event issues to.
If you have been experienced issues with anyone in attendance at our events this year, had concerns with how the event was run or anything at all please contact us before 6pm Wednesday so that your concerns can be raised in our exec meeting.
All 5 members of our committee have an equal voice in this forum.
Contacting us through this medium is your first step to changing the uq smash club in a way that supports the community. Anything submitted before 6pm this week will receive direct feed back by 4pm Thursday this week.
