Important information for Sunday.....

For those who are travelling to Bristol on Sunday please take a moment to read the following advice and information.

Due to the Bristol 10K on the same day there will be extensive road closures and diversions in and around Bristol City Centre, due to this all supporters are being asked to leave the M5 at Junction 19 for the ground.

There are currently 14 supporters coaches which the police have been notified of and the RVP for all coaches will be at Gordano Services which again is at J.19 of the M5, the coaches will be escorted in by police motorcyclists to ensure they reach the ground on time and to minimise traffic congestion for the journey to the ground. The coach park is then a short walk to the ground.

There is parking available at Ashton Court (BS41 9JN) and Bedminster Cricket Club (BS3 2JX). There is also a bar at the cricket club. There is limited street parking near the ground, however, please be mindful of any restrictions.

Turnstiles will be open from 10am and alcohol will be on sale in and around the ground. There will be no alcohol sold at half-time to Blues fans.

For those heading to Weston for the weekend there are two trains which will be running from Weston Super Mare to Parson Street Station which is then a 15 minute walk to the ground, these leave Weston at 09:06 arriving 09:37 and 10:48 arriving at 11:18.

The game is strictly all ticket with all Blues tickets having been sold. I have been told that any Blues fans in home areas of the ground will be ejected and cannot be relocated to the away stand as there will be no space as it is a sell out. Birmingham City are sending 30 stewards to assist with the match day safety operation.

I'll post anything extra on the day.
