GA Statement
Hi Everybody, for everyone in the community that wasn't there, and still had questions concerning my Quarter Finals Match here is what happenened.
While playing my match against Blue, after winning the first game, I noticed that he was playing and picking quite slowly.
I finally got to check behind me and saw one of this team mate ( Team T shirt hidden ) looking at my screen after a 25 minute first game.
Once I gently told him to leave, he picked his phone out of his pocket and walked to his team mate. I called the admin, we finished game 2 and got to solve the situation.
My opponent confessed both of them agreed on the fact that his team mate would stayh behind " just to check in case I was cheating ". The admin gave a first Statement ending in a 2-score for me. The judgement seemed very unfair, many people witnessed the phone pick up etc. After a 10 minutes debate, telling the admin how inacceptable the situation was, we got asked to play the match while still waiting for our contest to be solved. Blue 3-0d my Hunter, his line up was very solid for the aggressive match ups and we got to ask the admin how the contest ends. After quite some time, someone went to the admin, telling what Blue confessed to close mates. The GA President stated that trichery was occuring and Blue got disqualified
Honestly, I obviously understand what some might be thinking. Vitality is a great team and obviously inspires some kind ;of " respect" . It doesn't change the fact that the admin called his first statement pretty unfair and occuraly innapropriate, and the final witness was considered enough to prove trichery.
My opponent would probably have won the match if he didn't cheat. He had pretty good match ups and I don't feel sorry for him at all. I know what it is to cheat and to be cheated. This was nothing close to acceptable and I hope most of you understand what happened. After the Gamers Assembly, I will be open to discuss about it. I wouldn't do anything about the first or final decision and I'm obviously going to do my best to comeback after my loss against Alkylone.
