I'm busting my ass for the community, I hope you will too @YTCreators

Inspire and entertain, 2 things I was (and am currently) very passionate about since I was little. As far back as I can remember, I always acted out different characters to make others around me laugh and smile. Back when there wasn't YouTube, there was the television where we used to get our fix of entertainment. But now currently, a lot of the entertainment fixes are met with watching videos on YouTube, the biggest video sharing site known to date thus far!

Ever since my first start on YouTube, this is all I ever wanted to do and things seemed to be as fine as ever. even going back to 2015, YouTube was fine. There were no glitches (that I knew about anyways) that was hurting channels, there was people who got a good strong start in growth and took off relatively smooth and have grown themselves into a bigger channel. But nowadays, all we are hearing about is how messed up YouTube is (and sadly, they are right!) with glitches hurting and breaking channels, how much the bullying and other things that go against YouTube's community guidelines and how all of these ad companies are pulling their advertisements away from YouTube due to how bad the content has got these days that was being left unaddressed. I can't say I blame them either since if they had ads on content that was negative and thus was supported by YouTube, their reps would likely be damaged and smeared.

But it goes on, there are also the cases of where smaller channels are CONSTANTLY being affected the most by all of this as a lot of their content (mine included) suffers greatly such as with a lack of views, notifications, unsubs due to glitches, etc. and I've finally have had enough! There are also cases where any sort of issues with smaller channels are often swept under the rug and not given a flying fig about whereas much larger channels seem to have higher priority with YouTube and their problems seemingly are more important than ours. Since when does size ever dictate importance? As far as I'm concerned, everyone does deserve an equal chance with equal footing to get their YouTube careers on the go and build from there!

I've stalled out from making any sort of stand for the sake of staying out of any semblance of drama since my channel and my narrative on YouTube is to inspire and entertain and NOT to bully or cause hate/bigotry towards anyone! I don't care about making money as I have a full time job that does that for me but regardless of whether I have a job or not, I don't do this for money...but only to make people smile and to inspire those who come across my content! That is all.

But lately it seems like I can't even do that to the fullest extent or desire due to my content getting a severe lack in views which tell me that either people aren't being notified of when I upload, they don't get the video in their sub box or they aren't even subbed due to the unsub glitch and that does sting a bit but setbacks are setbacks and my whole life, I have dealt with them and overcame. Hell, I've made it damn clear I grew up with Autism and am damn proud of who I am as a 26 year old man helping others who either aren't as experienced, as strong as myself or who simply need a mentor and friend to talk to.

That is part of why I have push myself to make over 1000 videos since starting out in November of 2015, is to reach out to others who come across my content and have the ability to communicate and it has worked as I have made some of the best damn friendships off of YouTube aka the Internet of all places, funny how it works but it's possible. I have been seeing so much negativity and so much hate thrown around like it's the plague not just from media outlets (which show only the negative stories and stories they want you to hear to support their narratives and make money at the expense of others) but from individuals as well, such as racism, bigotry, defamation, slander, etc. and that is NOT the kind of stuff that brought me here to YouTube in the first place!

So, when all of this happens, where is YouTube to actually fix and address the issues that BREAK Community Guidelines? From what I've seen so far, NOWHERE! This is where I have to say after all of this, get your priorities straight! You have creators who are making videos attacking religions, races and even the disabled and they seem to be benefiting and MAKING AD REVENUE off of it and getting off Scott free while others are either affected, being wrongfully striked or terminated or have themselves as targets of harassment and nothing gets done about by those WHO ACTUALLY HAVE POWER!

As someone who has damn near taken my life due to being relentlessly bullied because of my Autism growing up, I am absolutely appalled by the lack of care, common sense, rule enforcement there is on YouTube. I have even thought of completely stepping away from YouTube due to the lack of care and safety on the site but doing so is a slap in the face of those who have supported me to no end up until this point so I WILL NOT LEAVE! I will not be coerced, bullied, intimidated into censorship or off the site as there are people who depend on me to make content that makes them happy and in turn, makes me very happy!

I am someone who has busted my ass for about a year and a half without taking a single break from uploading and I have over 4000 amazing people subscribed to my channel/community! I will keep working hard no matter what the obstacles are because there is a light at the end of the tunnel, there is hope! Just like there is hope that YouTube will step up, fix the problems and do what needs to be done! Supporting everyone equally and answering/investigating complaints. Especially the ones that clearly break Guidelines and other things too! Please hear me out!

On a side note and equally as important, I'd like to thank @KEEMSTAR and @JohnScarce for their #ThankYouCoke video as their intent was to support the YouTube community that is struggling. The two don't see eye to eye at times and they came together to try and fix the problems on your site, please take notice and do the same!
