Desde el dolor más profundo de nuestro corazón tenemos que daros una tristísima noticia que nos acaban de comunicar ayer por la noche. Desgraciadamente y debido a un nuevo cambio de última hora en el rodaje de shadowhunters, tanto Matt como Harry se han visto en la obligación de cancelar su aparición en la Showtime2. La noticia nos pilla ya en Barcelona, a la espera de que cogieran sus vuelos pasado mañana para venir y nos deja sin tiempo material de reacción para poder sustituir su asistencia. Sabemos que a estas alturas cualquier cosa que digamos no podrá mitigar vuestra decepción, pero queremos que sepáis que ellos realmente quieren venir a España para conocer a sus fans, así que ya estamos trabajando junto a su manager diferentes opciones para poder compensaros de alguna manera su ausencia en la convención.
Esta desafortunada noticia que nos ha pillado de sorpresa a todos literalmente a dos días del evento, ha querido ser explicada por los chicos a través de un video hecho por ellos mismos que os adjuntamos a continuación.

Todos los productos tanto de Harry como de Matt podrán ser canjeados por productos de otros invitados en la propia convención, o en caso de que no deseéis el cambio, serán reembolsados de manera íntegra. Para ello, deberéis mandarnos un correo electrónico a nuestro correo zaratashowtime@gmail.com a partir del lunes, indicándonos vuestro nombre, número de pedido y detallando los productos adquiridos, el precio de cada uno y si preferís que os hagamos la devolución por paypal o por transferencia bancaria. Os pedimos un poco de paciencia con el reembolso, ya que hablamos de un número importante de pedidos, a la vuelta de la showtime nos pondremos de lleno con ello.

From the deepest pain of our hearts we have to give you a very sad new we received just last night. Unfortunately and due to a new last minute change in the shooting of Shadowhunters, both Matt and Harry have been forced to cancel their appearance on ShowtimeCon2. The news caught us already in Barcelona, waiting for them to catch their flights in 2 days to come, and leaves us without no material time to be able to replace their attendance. We know that at this point there’s nothing we can say to mitigate your disappointment, but we want you to know that they really want to come to Spain to meet their fans, so we are working with their manager different options to be able to compensate you in some way for their absence at the convention.
This unfortunate news that has surprised us all literally two days before the event, wanted to be explained by the boys through a video made by themselves that we attach below.

You can change Harry and Matt products for the products of other guests at the convention itself, or in case you do not want the change, they will be refunded in full. To do this, you must send an email to zaratashowtime@gmail.com from Monday, indicating your name, order number and detailing the products purchased, the price of each and if you prefer that we make the refund by paypal or by Bank wire. We ask you a little patience with the refund, since there are a lot of orders. When we return to Bilbao after the convention we will get full with it.
