iCloud Reset iOS 10.2 JB

This method has worked for me, And it will work for you too. But you should be very careful while doing this. I don't want anyone to mess up and lose 10.2 JB. Thanks.
1) First remove all tweaks and package you installed within cydia.
2) reboot to un JB mood
3) open PC, head to iCloud website. Erase your iPhone ( I never use back up because most of the apps I use are cloud base, you should also skip doing restore backup until we successfully patched all issues)
4) Install Yalu102 and ifile IPA with Cydia impactor
5) download this package https://mega.nz/#!jshEDJDA!CHee9lDkYM5d6MLzoLni4uHTn8VxkUUZfULRWBVMfTc
6) it is file named CYDIA FIX. we need " lib " folder from it.
7) it also has Mobile terminal IPA which is of no use in this method.
8) now install iFunbox on your pc and copy that " lib " folder to iBook section.
( We use iBook section only because we can find that folder inside ifile easily. )
9) now open ifile. From middle bottom quick menu go to iBook section in ifile.
10) copy that " lib " folder and paste it in /var
11) now you can open Cydia. But you won't have to install anything yet except Filza.
12) install and open filza
Go to Library/MobileSubstrate/
We have to delete all files inside Mobile Substrate.
But just copy and paste that folder to documents before you delete it. We won't need this but just in case. * finger crossed *
13) open Cydia and install Cydia substrate first.
That's it. Enjoy your Jailbreak again.
