SH wants to know why TPAC not working harder to raise PPS

S7 Response: I get it, ……….Shareholder buys a stock..... any stock.... the goal...... cash out when the stock rises to some level. If U want that to be a real….. possibility.....U..... have ...... to pick a stock.... that actually will rise.
Past performance is a great place to start. Any shareholder can research TPAC's pass track record.
What..... U..... will find..... is….. what C IT Live provides every day. Data/graph…. detailing a Y.O.Y decline. Since 2007 to 2017, TPAC has fallen. Never having one plus year. This is fact,

Look Closer…….. revenue/cash on hand never higher than $100,000 however OS more than 100 times.
P/e way, way off. Every smart investor knows P/E shouldn't be more than 14/20 times earnings and this is a stretch.

Not to mention large loss and high debt...Manufacturing facility........ Wrote off
I was surprised that SH asked about the facility, it was in the Q/K as a tax write off...

Most of TPAC shareholders even say the Company was pre-revenue which means U already knew... it was…… way………. overvalued. You still brought N.

Another thing S7 hears a lot, (Bill Said) Well Bill is a business owner & salesmen. However the fact was 2007/8 was right at the bubble burst. Aerospace was facing a slowdown and Bills number one dealmaker Boeing was caught..... slab, dab.... in the middle. Commercial and defense budgets were getting cut. This information was all over the news.

Here is one (Bill said) he was one of just 6 Navair certified manufactures. Ok well did any one notice TPAC did not have one defense contract. How about AVIC didn't buy one bearing from TPAC.
Most of all....... did any Shareholder check how many Navair bearings Boeing even purchased.
Before...... U.....brought a share of TPAC.

Business men and women use a technique called forward thinking. It’s not a lie or a cheat..... But it is very speculative. Normally is mixed with a small amount of actual. The rest is a hope and a prayer.

SH.... FR had AFS draft an E-List publication explaining exactly what needs to be done before the PPS should be moved.

One thing was reducing the OS, without a reverse split, this requires TPAC to have the capital to re-acquire and to de authorize the shares. However it also needs capital to maintain the day to day operations and more so … enough capital…… to maintain the floor of the new PPS.

Clarity: If TPAC drops the OS by 60% the stock rises; let’s say the stock rises to .05.
Great for U the shareholder you think. Company is going somewhere; WRONG...it used all its cash on hand/revenue to make it happen, within days....... stock starts to fall.

Now here... is.... the funny part.... U... shareholder... will start to complain........ Why is the stock falling........? And the mess starts all over again.

SH you have been given an easy to read document by the FR the AFS E-List publication. If you haven't read it please do. TPAC has 4.5 billion shares outstanding not including preferred shares and 70/90 percent or better needs to be reclaimed or at least 40 million dollars cash on hand whichever comes first.

S7 thoughts TPAC can’t touch PPS until one or two things happen it has 70/90 percent of the OS in the MRVB's or the Cash on hand raises to the point the P/E is in line with proper earning best practices.
I don't think the company wants to be overvalued because that can lead to being manipulated.
