Hi everyone, as some of you may know I got disqualified from the Challengers Rewards and since, I've been wondering what the exact reason of my punishment was, as I wasn't really expecting it.
I believe I'm an overall positive player but I may have crossed some lines I shouldn't have that triggered a punishment.
Tought I'm not trying to prove myself innocent here, just sharing my journey trying to determine what I'm guilty of.

16th of December, I asked Riot's support why I wasn't on the list, to which they quickly answered : "We're gonna ask the relevant departments for more information. Thank you for your patience meanwhile."
17th of December, answer from Riot's support : "We swept through all Challenger accounts to ensure competitive integrity of the final Challenger list. Specifically, we looked for purchased accounts,cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, boosting others, or being boosted, and your account ArKaDaTa was disqualified."
18th of December, asked another source (Riot Community Mail), same answer.
20th of December, finally got the official mail http://prntscr.com/dyh0lh , nothing new beside that part : "If you got questions or wants to know the specifics, reach out to player support"
My Challenger Borders and Icon got taken away shortly after.
21th of December, asked again "Unfortunately, at this time we won't be able to provide any additional context through our Player Support portal as we lack in depth information on individual decisions. Regardless, please keep an eye on our Boards and check your email regularly as more information will show up within next couple of weeks."
12th of January, asked again for more informations, precisely, what the actual reason was, and not the potentials ones, to which they answered "We provided all the context that was allowed last time."
22th of January, again : "We can't give you more informations than what was previously given. We gave you a large spectrum of possible reasons leading to your disqualification (we looked for purchased accounts,cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, boosting others, or being boosted), you should know which one of theses infractions to the summoner code you're guilty of"
24th of January, finally ! My account is getting banned for 2 weeks http://prntscr.com/dzwmfq , would've liked to know a bit more about that one but I'm getting used to it http://prntscr.com/dzwngy. It seems like every disqualified Challs got hit by this one thought.
So if you were wondering why I wasn't on the list or why I got banned, now you know it's because I didn't follow the Summoner Code, which is kinda vague.
"If you got questions or wants to know the specifics, reach out to player support"
Why would that be written in a mail if the situation didn't change and wont for a month ?
Why are we getting banned a month later if they had evidence on the 16th of December and already punished us for it ?
I'm seriously wondering, is that normal ?
