ESEA MDL Finals: LDLC View
Let's speak about the ESEA MDL Finals! We finished 2nd behind Kinguin in Europeans playoffs and we also finished 2nd in "worlds" finals. So, for sure, it's not a success cauz we would like atleast win one of these finals...
About the first game against Kinguin, We forgot how to play our CS since 1 month and couldn't win a pracctice anymore (against a good team atleast)... It just helped us to remember how to play cs. About the rest, we just showed a better face and played well, destroying successively, Rogue, Bravado and Tainted-Minds.
About the final against Rogue, we mainly failed dust2 doing monster mistakes in the 10 firsts rounds because of the youth/lack of experience of the team: naivety, precipitation, oversights and in their side they were still onfire from the last game against Kinguin... Then we played train, probably our weakest map and lost it in overtime. For sure, We were mentally weak at the start of the map after the dust2 stomp and that cost us the game.
So, two second places, not a success but to stay positive, some teams would loved to do the same, so, we will say: not that bad.
