Team Secret Main Roster looking for player, competitive play 2017.

Hello,

Palmatoro is leaving the roster of Team Secret after a amazing year with lot of success in EU.

KValafar have to decide about his futur projects and don't know yet if it will be with TS or not.

It left the main roster open to recruitment for 2017.

There is already internal test and mercato about some players, but i think an open recruitment FOR ALL REGIONS can be fair and maybe give a chance to new talents.

Here are the condition to candidate :

1) - Be at minimum Vainglorious Silver in your region since at least two seasons (if you r a new player, you can still candidate if you reached VG silver this season), if you are/were part of a team, let us know.

2) - Be able to commit entierely to the game : Daily train ( 7-8 h / day , 6 days/week .. and probably even more ) , participation to every tournaments (Official or not). I want to inform students that if Exams and studies required you too much time, it will not be possible. The game have to be your top priority, and your family have to agree with it. Also people working have to be able to deal with their jobs to not block Vainglory's training or tournament. We will be very strict on this point cause VG is reaching a level asking you a full-dedication to it.

The best, as you can guess, is to be able to play VG full time as a job, cause it will be your job if you stay with us. Most of trains will be from start of afternoon to midnight with breaks.

3) - There will be no age limit, but we need the previous point to be respected. Plus the goal of Team Secret is to win ! Being top 1 in EU again, and showing better result at World. For that, an incredible competition spirit will be asked. Yes, the purpose of the game is to have fun, but we truly want people who will have fun by winning and improving as an individual player and team. We need aswell a good communication abilities (Your english level don't matter, only your attitude and the way you can help your team getting better does). If you r not ready to discuss about everything, every decision, and put your ego away, you don't have to be with us. In exchange we promise to listen and debate about all the stuff you want.

Team Secret suffered from bad attitude and miss communication after Summer evil 8. Lot of effort have to be make (And yes, i talk about myself aswell), so it will be a team effort ! Stay in good mood, be professionnal and grow together, that will be the key !

4) - You have to get a Passport for every destination. We will probably travel accross NA , EU and maybe Asia.

If you already leave in EU, you have to be able to go in Turkey at Istanbul's gaming house of Team Secret to participate in Bootcamp whenever we need. Maybe also in France.

If you don't leave in EU, you have to be able to come in Turkey and France as often as we need , and have a perfect ping on EU server if you want to stay in your region ( less than 60 ms). If you have the possibilities to come in EU, we will do our maximum to make you stay at the gaming house as long as possible and rent something when we need to.

5) - Have a background/experience in eSport, or in MOBA games, or tell us why you think you deserve a spot, try to be honest (and pls, we don't want CV style or motivation's letter, just want to see your guts !)

6) - Be ready to work with social media, stream, and be on stage for event.
