Clemsons' Hunter Renfrow in Sports Illustrated

Found this to be an interesting and enlightening comment from Clemson receiver Hunter Renfrow in a recent edition of Sports Illustrated: What Renfrow sees as the biggest threat to college football has nothing to do with the game’s physicality. He hates the idea of scouting combines and Rivals camps, where individual players are valued above their teams. “That’s why some players don’t care about the team.” Clemson weeds out such players, he adds. “No one here thinks he’s bigger than the team.” The reason is “culture,” Renfrow explains.
