Official AS disbandment and plans moving forward.
Well, as the title says Alpha Sydney has officially disbanded and i would to say as the captain of the team that the players on the team are amazing players and i know that each and every one of them deserve to be on a top team. We've all been through so much together the last couple of months and I'm glad that i was able to have these experiences with you guys both through the good and bad times. LAN was an amazing experience for me and the most fun Ive ever had playing smite. We didn't have the best of splits, losing almost all of our scrims and going into the bootcamp i thought we wouldn't have much of a chance and was arguing in most scrims which is why we had so many roster changes and role swaps but when we all came together at the bootcamp we were basically a whole different team and we were able to hold and take games off the other teams. Sure, i'm disappointed in our performance at LAN but Avant garde played lights out and all the players on that roster are fucking good. I would like to shout out Pandamonium/ Adspace for helping us so much throughout the split and bootcamp, scrimming us even though they were basically stomping us. I'm happy that they are the team to make it to worlds and i think that too many teams and people underestimate them doing well at worlds. I would also like to give some personal shoutouts to these players and to @AS_Saber and @Alpha_Sydneygg.
Kayo- Even though you are one of the newer players in smite, i know that you are definitely one of the better solo laners in OCE and that you have so much potential. If you keep grinding and continue to put in the hard work like you did in AS then im sure that you will end up being the best solo laner in OCE.
Slycy- You have so much talent and i know that you kind of lost hope in the team half way throughout the split when we started to lose nearly every scrim. But if you find a new team and had just as much drive as you had to win LAN, i know for a fact that you will be the best player in OCE.
Swifty- Well, right now i think that you are probably the best mid laner (stay in middle) in OCE and that you need a roster that will be able to support your playstyle but you need to make sure you also trust your team and not tilt so easily, if youre able to do those things im sure that you will end up being on the top roster of oce. Also, stop being a meme :P
Liimits- You are the newest player on the team and i'm sure that if we had enough time to synergise with you we would've been able to take many more games and many even make it to worlds. I'm sure everyone that watched the LAN saw what i saw in you and how much potential you have as a player. I'm certain you're going to go far in this scene.
Saber- You are honestly such a great guy, driving us around Sydney and helping us through everything these past few months even when you were basically homeless. I hope you find something you want to do and ill make sure to keep in contact with you.
Doss and Alpha Sydney- Doss you have done so much for us that i cant even tell you in words or it would go on forever. With the way you are going, how you treat your players and the goals you have in mind and how you plan on making them happen I'm sure that Alpha Sydney will become one of the leading orgs in oce. Any teams that are looking for an org would be lucky to be apart of Alpha Sydney as they treat you as if you're family. Also any other orgs should inspire to be more like Alpha Sydney.
Also shoutouts to Ranabanana ;), Shruix and Shing for being amazing and helping us through everything.
My plans moving forward in smite are that I'm going to be LFT Support most likely but im willing to play other roles or either try to make another team. I hope that i can make it back to the LAN stage as it was one of my best experiences ever.
tldr; My teammates are amazing and that im LFT for the next split.
