Skyraz (Euphoria) - GGlol
This is to explain exactly what happened with Euphoria, formerly skyraz. There is a pretty long list of what he did, but I'll try and make it all as short as possible.
As a TL;DR: He stole a few thousand dollars from a charity, he defamed me and then removed me from a website/community that I had a large hand in building, he scammed hundreds of people out of money, skins, gaming gear etc., he lied and manipulated people, he killed OCE's first large community/website for personal gain, he "sold" an iphone through the website's paypal (which was attached to the previous owner), but scammed the buyer and the previous owner.
I met Skyraz when I joined GGlol, which was owned by Boomkin. Skyraz was a mod, and after I brought GGlol from around 200 members to 2000 Boomkin made me a moderator as well. Eventually Boomkin realised he was done with games and he gave the site over to Skyraz. Skyraz instantly started monetising it in little ways. Buying Bronze->challenger membership on the site which gave you little perks etc. He also bought Pax Tf Skins etc. from skin sellings sites and resold them at a slight profit on GGlols website.
He seemed off to me, especially when I found this (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/75/video-games/will-teach-you-how-play-lol-if-you-teach-me-poker-d-1309945/), at the time he posted that he was bronze, weird to lie about shit like that. It became more obvious when he started going on power trips on the forums and in the teamspeak. I told boomkin, but he wasn't really in the state to be dealing with it. I fought Skyraz on bad or weird decisions to do with the community/site and it was obvious he didn't like it. Eventually he publicly defamed me on the site, and said that I did nothing and was doing nothing for the site, after removing me from the staff.
He ran a charity stream with Riot's help (http://forums.oce.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=27113) to help some cause or something, a tsunami charity or something similar iirc. This is where he said he also got sponsors who were willing to put gear towards a raffle for the charity. A lot of people bought tickets for the raffle off the website, and it all went into the paypal. Alongside the membership money, money from skins and the donations from charity stream. Totaling a few thousand dollars + gear + skins at this point, all in the website's name.
He started talking about how some "big company" was really interested in buying GGlol, and how stressful it was for him to keep running the website. I heard it second hand from the remaining staff, but it was obvious bullshit. He told everyone he'd sold the website to this company and that he thinks they will take good care of it. Then immediately disappeared, renaming all of his accounts (Euphoria for example), blocked me on skype, deleted the website; along with the few thousand, all the gear and skins that were promised etc. (http://forums.oce.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=34717&page=1)
As if that wasn't enough, he went on to sell an iphone to a guy on ebay or something. He never sent any iphone, charged the guy $500. The guy refuted it obviously and tried to get his $500 back through paypal. The paypal wasn't in Skyraz's name though, it was in Boomkin's (GGLol.com.au's). So Skyraz then left Boomkin with a $500 debt and a hit to his credit (as it was a business).
He lied and manipulated his way into the mod team, then into admin position when he saw the opportunity. He says/does whatever it takes to get what he wants. People like him don't just change, especially when they get away with it.
Oh and he also tried to get me and one or two other high elo members of the GGlol teams to boost him and his smurfs.
