Roster Changes
Hi, this is my first twitlonger, I will try to make this situation as clear as possible, and without giving my opinion on the situation. I'm just going to say what really happened.
The beginning
Aware has had a great start to the SCL, starting 5-1 against 3 competitive teams and we were feeling great about ourselves. But that one loss was strange to us. We are a new team, and a young team.
The following week
This is when it fell apart. Scrims. LayersOD hated to scrim. He got week 1 and week 2 mvp and his ego became a problem. He felt like he didn't have to scrim because he was the best. This is don't know, but I'm assuming this behavior was caused by warmachine. Warmachine has been talking to layers for a while telling us hey, if you want paul I can get him for you. And after our loss, layers wanted paul badly. Considering how well layers was playing, we decided to scrim with paul and it went well. As a team, including layers, we decided to have cam play this weekend and then make a decision. And then out of nowhere layers said he's leaving. He wasn't dropped, he left on his own. On Saturday night. We were in a bad spot obviously and didn't have time to practice much without layers causing our poor performance this week.
We are now looking for a new jungle to finish the season .
