Thanks to a journo, I can now declare that I have dissected the thousand plus page Court of Arbitration for Sport hearing transcript.
Here are my conclusions:
1. I have no idea whether the players were administered Thymosin Beta-4
2. I agree with ASADA CEO Ben McDevitt who said that no one will ever know what the players were administered.
3. ASADA and WADA have no idea whether the players were administered Thymosin Beta-4
4. There is no evidence the players were administered Thymosin Beta-4
5. I don't believe Dank knows what he administered the players
6. The players were screwed and should never have been found guilty
7. ASADA changed evidence, fabricated evidence and omitted evidence
8. WADA tabled corrupted evidence and changed evidence.
9. The Essendon board and the AFL Players Association couldn't pick their noses let alone pick a solicitor to brief a QC.
10. WADA’s American lawyers made OJ’s lawyers look as though they graduated from Mother Teresa's law school
11. The Bond Company salesmen knew more about briefs than the players’ solicitors
12. I doubt whether the CAS panel knew whether AFL football was played with a Titleist, Slazenger 51, Dunlop 65, Hot Dot, Penfolds Patent, Nike, Kookaburra, Duke, Spalding, Adidas, Gilbert, Steeden or a Sheerin.
13. The panel will be ducking for cover when all the anomalies are published.
14. The AFL’s QC Jeff Gleeson contributed to the guilty finding with two damning incorrect statements and he should be ashamed of himself for what he said about James Hird. In the near future, I shall publish his comments and you can be the judge.
