Triple Entendre: Love, Life and Other Stuff

My preconception of this show was that it would be a stereotypical, overly confident, straight-out-of-drama-school performance. However, as soon as the performance began I could tell that these three girls were not going to take themselves too seriously. It is immediately noticeable that they exude character and charm.

The opening number sets the tone as it's stopped dead by one girl so to land a volley of abuse at a fictional ex partner within the audience. The comic timing is spot on and is throughout.

The girls give us high class, fun packed and extremely entertaining cabaret full of big numbers and sharp moves, tongue in cheek humour throughout but still littered with the big laughs that can light up a room.

It's been well written and produced, managing to showcase each talented individual but without taking anything away from the group. It's slick, fast paced and a joy to watch.
