Barely audible mutterings aside, no Australian politician, human rights organisation or professional association has today:
1. Demanded the camps be immediately closed;
2. Called for the genuine resettlement of refugees and
3. Proposed a Royal Commission into the ENTIRETY of Operation Sovereign Borders (the interdiction and refoulement of refugee boats), and its regional impacts.
Australia's fascist ALP/LNP government, and Murdoch dominated media, stands condemned.
The Australian people are mostly against this cruelty which has been inflicted upon people seeking asylum since 1992.
We call on the international community to add their voices in opposition to this outrage.
