hello

I'm going to keep this as civil as possible, but I am going to apologize before I get started, and I hope you can understand my aggression when it is there.

For starters, I have teamed with Bird TWICE before him being on NG Red. Both times, he has quit the team for his own personal reasons in pursuing whatever he believed in at the time. Originally, on the very first team, we were seeking a new DPS player and he brought in his friend Jordan, who we as a team felt he wasn't a sufficient player for us. Bird agreed that Jordan wasn't up to par with what we were trying to do, and said if we could find someone better he would be okay with releasing Jordan from the team. After that being said, he started purposely raising issues with other members on the team, eventually leading to him and his friend leaving. The team was on a downhill road anyway, but he left the team on his own terms with his friend which was fine. I remained friends with Bird after that. The next team he joined that I was on was Humblebrag which is the team I was apart of before being on NG Red. Thinks were looking good again playing with Bird. Then he started to raise issues saying he didn't see point in putting in the time. He started doing things like saying "I'm tired, my head hurts, I don't feel well" etc etc, reasons for him to end the night early when the other 5 members were trying to put in work and achieve something. Just to find out, he was leaving early to play Black Desert Online until 8 AM instead of practicing. He eventually told us he was leaving the team because he wanted to just play BDO. I remained friends with Bird after THIS incident as well, because at least he was some what being honest.

Now on to the most recent situation. First I will say, out of frustration, I said things to Bird that I DO NOT regret, but do apologize for as they were immature (I apologized to him personally the last time we spoke via voice). He says our team environment was toxic...I honestly don't know if he knows the definition of toxic. After losing, we get frustrated. We all want to be #1, and when things don't fly our way, it's upsetting to a degree. We have never slandered each other to the point where people have wanted to leave the team because we were being too 'mean'. We all understand our goal and what we are aiming for. We're hungry, especially after showing people what we can do when we play as a unit.

Bird, UNDER CONTRACT, went BEHIND our backs and started forming a new team. We were given information from multiple sources (some being his OWN FRIENDS and new teamates) that he was doing this, and that he was actively playing with them. It was very obvious, and all of the proof was there and valid. Instead of being harsh, we asked Bird to just own up to his mistakes and admit these things. He refused to, and said he had nothing to do with the team. He even went through lengths of talking down about his current team just to try to hide it. This would be the third time he has tried ruining something I personally have believed in, and the fact he could not man up and just admit what he was doing is actually sad. We caught him playing with them one night, and just kept lying about it. He said "i'm not even home right now", then it turned into "yes i was on discord with them but wasn't playing", just to find out he actually was playing with them. I understand he didn't want to release any information due to legal matters, but I asked him as a friend and a teamate to just tell the truth and we could move forward as a team. He said he would think about it, said he liked the team and its a good squad to be a part of, just later to slander us to multiple people including our CEO. It's sad how someone can be easily influenced to play with a lesser roster because of a team house. That's really what this is all about. We turned down Birds friend awhile back before we were officially signed to NG, and he never stopped speaking to him. Either way, its pretty silly and obnoxious to go behind 5 peoples backs who trusted you as an individual and do these things.

That being said, I wish the best of luck to Bird and his new roster and look forward to playing against them in the near future.
