Nous avons le plaisir d'accueillir Ryan Kelley à la convention :) Il rejoint Ian Bohen, Shelley Hennig, Max et Charlie Carver! We really want to thank him to come and meet you this weekend!!
Nous comprenons tout à fait votre déception concernant l'annulation de Holland mais ce n'est absolument pas notre faute ou la sienne, elle est blessée et ne peut pas voyager, nous faisons de notre mieux pour vous offrir des solutions adaptées à seulement deux jours de la convention. Nous vous rappelons que la convention est dédiée à la série Teen Wolf et pas à un acteur en particulier. Nous ne remboursons en aucun cas les pass pour la convention suite à l'annulation d'un acteur.
Voici les informations concernant les extras:
- Tous les extras avec Holland Roden sont automatiquement remplacés par Ryan Kelley (photoshoots simples, autographes, photo-graphes et meeting).
- Les participants ayant des pass Omega et ayant choisi le photoshoot avec Holland, si vous ne souhaitez pas Ryan vous aurez la possibilité de l'échanger à notre boutique (hors extra guest) au moment des remises de badges (soit uniquement avant 10h samedi et dimanche, et le vendredi soir). De même que les pass Alpha pourront échanger le photoshoot duo inclus durant la remise de badges.
- Seuls les meetings achetés avec Holland pourront être échangés sur place à notre boutique contre le meeting d'un autre invité (selon les stocks disponibles).
- Les photoshoots duos avec Holland obtiendront un avoir utilisable sur place uniquement.

- Ryan Kelley & Ian Bohen
- Ryan Kelley & Shelley Hennig
Les tickets extras n'étant pas nominatifs, vous pourrez les échanger entre vous le jour de la convention.
Pour les autographes courrier achetés avec Holland, ils seront remboursés après la convention (si vous souhaitez l'échanger avec un autre invité, vous pouvez nous écrire un email en indiquant votre numéro de commande).
Nous sommes maintenant à une journée de la première remise de badges et nous devons organiser la venue d'un nouvel invité et effectuer tous les changements, nous vous rappelons que nous vous enverrons un email avec le planning et toutes les informations d'ici demain.
Nous vous remercions pour votre patience et nous ferons en sorte que la convention soit à la hauteur de vos espérances malgré les changements de dernières minutes!

We fully understand your disappointment about the cancellation of Holland but it is absolutely not our fault or hers. She is injured and can not travel, we do our best to offer you solutions adapted at only 48 hours of the Convention. We remind you that the Convention is dedicated to Teen Wolf and not to a particular actor. We do not refund under any circumstances pass for the Convention following the cancellation of an actor.
Here is information regarding the extras:
- All the extras with Holland Roden are automatically replaced by Ryan Kelley (simple photoshoots, autographs, photo-graphs and meeting).
- Participants with Omega pass and having chosen the photoshoot with Holland, if you do not want Ryan you have the opportunity to exchange it to our shop (excluding extra guest) only during the pick up of the badges (or only Saturday and 10am Sunday and Friday nights). Also, the Alpha pass can exchange the duo photoshoot included only during the pick up of the badges.
- Only meetings purchased with Holland can be exchanged locally to our shop against the meeting of another guest (based on availability).
- The photoshoots duets with Holland will get a credit usable on site only.

- Ryan Kelley & Shelley Hennig
Extras tickets are not registered, you can exchange them with other participant the day of the convention.
For mail autograph purchased with Holland, they will be refund after the convention (if you want to exchange it with another guest, you can write us an email indicating your order number).
We are now one day away from the first delivery of badges and we have to organize the arrival of a new guest and make all the changes, we will email you the planning and all the information by tomorrow.
