Incept CSGO Official Release Statement.

IN REGARDS TO THE ROSTER CHANGE:

It is no secret now that there were more changes made to our CS:GO lineup being the release of Tyson “pan1K” Missak and Tyler “Steej” Joseph, These changes may come as a surprise to most but they were made after last nights ESEA game vs The Crew, The team engaged in a post game talk about what went wrong in regards to certain rounds which brought willyKS into discussion, pan1K and Steej having their own to say on what Wilson could've done to better himself and the team in certain situations with that said Wilson did argue his points back from his POV that talk was fine and acceptable but after that both Steej and pan1K disconnected from the TS. Minutes later pan1K rejoined and requested to speak with General Manager Yuki in private in which pan1K said that they wanted the Shot caller to be Steej come future matches or they would purposely perform poorly in games. Keep in mind this is pan1K talking to Yuki and not discussing with the team, The team declined Steej as IGL due to them preferring Wilson and with pan1K threatening to perform bad in games we have decided to release both Steej and pan1K.

IN REGARDS TO WHY THE CHANGE SHOULD HAVE NO EFFECT TO OUR PLACEMENT:

There has been some controversy on the latest removal of players from incept's lineup, Regarding pan1k and Steej.
Yes the players were removed by a team vote amongst the team after discussions and arguments broke out between players regarding a view/situation of player's not co-inciding with the rest of the team and the team captain. Sadly this happened to occur after an ESEA match went sour and right after selections so we understand how this look's
But. the team felt they had no choice but to remove these players rather than playing a season with player's who do not respect or get along with each other.

Regardless,

These players were in the team for less than a week, the decision to recruit them was made amongst a team vote. and the team felt they could progress with this lineup on a positive manner but they were wrong. people make mistakes

These players did not achieve any significant result's, nor should they factor in the teams placement in the division CG-i, as the results this decision was made from were all achieved with the core lineup in which is still very active and willing to play the season.

Nobody can argue that they deserve their spot based on past results and achievements as the lineup
Envy, willyks, Majestic and Xtinct

These players have stuck through alot together. and obviously want to stick through more.

The only reason this is even an issue or any sort of discussion is due to a few complaints by the people who were removed from the team. and that should not factor or sway Cybergamers decision in placements at all, especially considering the amount of teams who make lineup changes before roster locks every season. this is not new and it should not be a big deal

What happens within the team before Roster lock's, is purely within the team and should not be discussed outside of that.
Yuki, General Manager

Along with these changes eNvy will be coming back into the roster as a core player, the team as of now stands:

Xtinct
willyKS
majestic
eNvy
LF1

We believe we had a more stable team before picking up Steej and pan1K seeing Xtinct, willyKS, majestic and eNvy played at the Peanut Gallery LAN a few weeks back, and can assure we will have a stable core lineup before Cybergamer roster lock. We can only thank Tyson and Tyler for their time and wish them the best for the future.
