Co-operation with our CS:GO team ends - Statement (English) #esports #csgo

About 9 months ago Ex-Epiphany Bolt Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team joined our ranks. Team showed impressive results and was keeping Finland’s CS:GO scene’s flag in high state and they joined us with goal of getting Finnish CSGO more well-known globally.

We managed to do a lot of stuff together and team also gathered some glory in foreign LANs as for example they won Alientech All-Stars tournament in late 2015 as well as Nordic Masters 2016 in February. Alientech victory was meanwhile also the very first LAN victory for Finnish team in history of CS:GO.

Within these 9 months we managed to do a lot of things, gained glory during the journey and together we also managed to get over all negative things. Latest achievements were 1st place at Lantrek 2016 and 3-4th place at Vectorama 2016. Long-term cooperation speaks behalf of commitment and trust between both sides, however within negotiations done during this week result wasn’t signing of new contracts and therefore we decided to end our journey with current CS:GO team with good understanding between both sides.

We would like to thank the team for all efforts they gave and for really great cooperation with us. With all these said, we would also like to wish them all the best in the future.

Jere Alanen of RCTIC eSports gave the following statement:
“It’s always unfortunate when a long-term cooperation comes to its end. However, all good things comes to end and today we are announcing about cooperationg coming to its end with our CS:GO team. We’ve been having negotiations about team’s future in our organization but visions about goals and the future didn’t match after all. The whole picture didn’t match which caused us to decide against continuing cooperation and let them take any other offer they have gained. On behalf of our whole organization and sponsors we want to thank the team for all they gave for us and what we achieved together. As an organization we are looking towards the future and we believe that there will be coming some news pretty soon. It has also been positive thing to see young teams develop, but we will take a moment to look things throught.”
