Sub Networks are done...for good. D;

Hello everyone,
As you may or may not have noticed by YouTube’s recent public address regarding sub-networks, Sub networks are no longer allowed to operate after the 30 day notice all MCN’s were given a week or so ago. YouTube is laying down the law this time around, meaning that Onivox can no longer brand itself as a YouTube network. Yes, there was an incident about this earlier this past May, which proved to be false. However, this time, it’s the real deal.
This announcement applies for any Virtual Network, Aggregator, or Sub-CMS network not directly affiliated with YouTube. YouTube has stated it’s reasoning behind this in meetings with MCNs. From what we’ve seen, YouTube doesn’t want there to be confusion in the market involving networks, or the potential of sub networks falsely branding themselves as a direct MCN, and they don’t want any third party recruitment for other brands happening under these MCNs.
Any channel under a Virtual Network, Aggregator, Sub-CMS, or any network that isn’t directly affiliated with YouTube, will be automatically moved directly under the Parent MCN once the host network is terminated. (Example: For Onivox partners, you guys would be moved directly under BentPixels, and will keep your current contract as it stands. So if you have a 70/30 No Lock in, you will keep that 70/30 No Lock in.)
As for what will happen with Onivox, the brand itself will not die, as we have back up plans for it. We can’t wait to announce those plans! We will be changing up our Twitter username soon, and potentially our domain name as well, because as we said earlier, we can’t brand ourselves as a network anymore. Charity-wise, we will keep the June charity running as promised. We’re not sure as to what we’ll do for charity after that, but we’ll find a way to implement it in this new venture for Onivox! Also for anyone in our Discord or Skype partner chats, those will stay intact, as we believe we’ve created a strong community bond with and between our partners. Also, we just want to note that a few of our staff have been invited to become professional recruiters and support for those who we recruit/have recruited, for BentPixels! The following people have been invited: Caleb (Onivox President), Jason (Onivox CEO), Thomas (Onivox COO), and Shane (Onivox Vice President).
We didn’t want to go out like this at all as a YouTube Network, but on behalf of all the staff of the Onivox Network, it’s been a true pleasure to have given all of our partners a place to call their channel’s home. It’s also been great talking to every one of you, whether it be through Skype, Discord, Twitter, Email, the support panel, etc. Our vision was to be one of the few non-corrupt networks in the industry, and I think it’s safe to say we stayed true to our word, based on our partner surveys; and just talking to you guys in general, you all seemed very happy with the way that our network was run. We all thank you guys very much for allowing us to help you guys out, and for allowing us to try to make all of your YouTube experiences better.

We wish you all the best!
- Onivox Staff.
