@filtercake - thing is, that from the side we are at, we put our borders, but it's our perspective, and we tend to be fascists in this way - to shut up people with terminating words like racist, fascist, treater, terrorist supporter...
I saw here a lot of times that when someone was against the refugees policy, he immediately called xenophobic, nazi... also from the other side, people were called traitors, just because they see the west as the blame for the middle east situation.
This is too easy and it's terminating the discussion instead of having one.

Let's say. someone that is afraid of the refugees issue. He see the news, he (and most people don't check details, you know it) is afraid. This always, also in Israel, will cause people to turn right, so he vote for the AFD. Is he a fascist? Is he agree with all the points of this party? nope. So how can we shut him up? He has true fears.

Nationalism - Is loving you country immediately makes you a Nazi? The way is long. You can love your country without killing people. Who are we to call these people in names that will shut them up? this is the worst way of fascist propaganda.

I say, until someone says "kill'em all!" we can have a fruitful discussion with him, even if he voted for the fucking AFD. Or Oppose peace with Palestinians, or whatever.
