Full statement from Scottsdale PD on Terrell Suggs:
At 0120 hours, the Scottsdale Police Department received a call of a sound of a collision in the area of Hayden and Thompson Peak. Officers responded and found evidence of a collision in the nearby median. Officers followed a fluid trail that led to the Fry’s Grocery store parking lot at 20427 N Hayden. A white BMW 750Li, registered to Terrell Suggs, was found in the parking lot with fresh damage. Terrell Suggs (33 yrs) was also contacted in the parking lot and he was interviewed by patrol officers. The investigation revealed that Suggs was not impaired and he stated that he possibly fell asleep before the collision. It was also determined that Suggs had a suspended driver’s license. Suggs was arrested at 0203 hours and he was taken to the Scottsdale City Jail for processing. He was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was later released from the jail.
