Estonian Philosophy Conference, Science, technology and society
Call for Papers
The XIIth Annual Estonian Philosophy Conference will take place at Tallinn University of Technology (Akadeemia tee 3) on 3-4 June 2016.
The main theme of the conference is "Science, technology and society: philosophical perspectives." But, contributions on other philosophical topics are welcomed.
The keynote speaker is Prof.Dr. Paul Hoyningen-Huene (Leibniz Universität Hannover and Universität Zürich).
The Conference will also include a special session dedicated to the memory of prominent Estonian philosophers Rein Vihalemm and Ülo Kaevats.
Please send your abstracts (300 words max) in Estonian or English to Jelena Issajeva ( jelena.issajeva@gmail.com ) by 31 March at the latest.
Notifications of acceptance will be communicated by 15 April.
We assume that the language of your abstract will be the language of your presentation. If not, please specify.

Kutse konverentsile
Eesti Filosoofia Aastakonverents XII toimub Tallinna Tehnikaülikoolis (Akadeemia tee 3) 3. ja 4. juunil 2016.
Konverentsi üldteema on "Teadus, Tehnoloogia ja Ühiskond: filosoofilised perspektiivid".
Plenaarettekandega esineb Prof. Dr. Paul Hoyningen-Huene (Leibniz Universität Hannover ja Universität Zürich, Saksamaa ja Šveits).
EFAK XII eriistung on pühendatud kahe Eesti filosoofi Rein Vihalemma ja Ülo Kaevatsi mälestusele.
Palun saatke oma teesid (maksimaalselt 300 sõna) kas eesti või inglise keeles Jelena Issajevale ( jelena.issajeva@gmail.com ) hiljemalt 31. märtsiks.
Vastuvõtmisest teatame hiljemalt 15. aprilliks.
Eeldame, et ettekanne toimub samas keeles, milles on teesid kirja pandud. Kui mitte, siis palume eraldi täpsustada.
