Game set and match. Thank you linesmen, thank you ball boys.

Ladies and Gentlemen

Last week I gave you examples of where @wada_ama /CAS unconscionably doctored three of the strands of the cable CAS used in making its disgraceful decision. As you ignored my claims, I am beginning to feel inadequate, and belatedly recognise that I must not be as bright as you guys – don’t get too excited. I’m not talking individually, I’m talking collectively. I’m therefore turning to you guys for help. I want you to interpret the following information and if you think CAS has acted inappropriately, do something. Gill. I’m sick of hearing you say they are my responsibility and then you do bugger all.

In the section, Strands of the Cable, Paragraph 120 (ii) says:

“On 2 August 2011, Mr Dank, in a text message to Mr Robinson, referred to his use of Thymosin for Mr Earl, adding, Thymosin is so effective in soft tissue maintenance.”

I know on 2 August 2011, Dank forwarded a text message to Robinson stating: “Hi mate. Just in consult for shoulder reconstruction. This case will be of interest to you. We are utilising Thymosin post surgically for one shoulder but prophylactically for the other, Thymosin is so effective in soft tissue maintenance. [NB. Dank was referring to Thymosin Beta-4 and he was treating a patient for a slap lesion]

My Comment:

1. Earl’s name wasn’t mentioned in the SMS. It appears WADA/CAS have inserted his name to create their case.

2. Dank told me 12 months ago the SMS referred to a mid-40s male patient he treated at his MRC clinic

3. Dank said the SMS was supposed to be sealed in documents held by the Australian Crime Commission

4. I want to know whether WADA/CAS has breached the Australian Crime Commission Act by using the SMS

5. I want to know whether WADA/CAS has breached the Commonwealth Telecommunications Act by publishing a private SMS of Dank’s

6. I want to know whether you agree with me that on the surface it appears that WADA/CAS has inserted Earl’s name in the SMS

7. I want to know whether you approve of WADA/CAS inserting Earl’s name

8. I want to know whether I have caught the bastards again.

9. I want to know whether you think CAS have committed a serious breach if the evidence has been changed.

10. Let’s not beat around the bush. I want to know, if I have caught the bastards a fourth time changing or manipulating the evidence,

11. I want to know whether you think the CAS decision should be declared null and void.

I’d like to digress for a second a tell a little Fred Trueman story: Fred hit the batsman on the back foot on the ankle in front of middle stump. His LBW appeal was turned down. Next ball the batsman got a thick edge and the wicket keeper Jimmy Binks caught the ball in front of first slip. Again the umpire turned down the appeal. Next ball, Fred knocked the middle stump out of the ground and turned to the umpire and said: “I must be getting bloody close.”

I have written a 104-page document providing irrefutable proof that ASADA/AFL ran a corrupted investigation, and consequently, the evidence used by WADA was tainted and should never have been accepted by CAS.

In four days it appears I have identified that CAS relied upon fabricated data in reaching its disgraceful decision.

Like Fred said to the umpire, I must be getting close to you guys mentioning one of my discoveries. I have written over 500,000 words since Adam Shand (The Australian 4 October 2011) mentioned that I had made an reasonable point.

Yours sincerely

Bruce Francis

PS I think I can hear fat Sarah Lukin warming up in the wings!!!
