Very Important please read this before reporting any dead links or issue.

Always confirm that you are in fact on current Version of Phoenix add-on. My movie sections will have Phoenix current version listed at the top of every movie list. Current version is required as our resolvers and sources get updated regularly and depend on the update to work correctly.

To check Current Phoenix Version go to System/Settings/Add-ons/Enabled add-ons or My add-ons/Video Add-ons/highlight Phoenix and you will see version #.

Also please make sure Phoenix along with any other TVAddons repo is installed only from the official TvAddons source http://fusion.tvaddons.ag DO NOT install any TVaddons repo from Super repo or anywhere else as it causes issues.

Please ensure that links or content are not being blocked by your ISP provider. This is the main cause of Phoenix Posters not showing up on Home screen. Here is a list of UK providers that block add-ons and link providers.

Important please disable any internet blocker or child guard feature that your provider has put in place to keep you from visiting streaming sites, below is a guide for providers that block some sites.

EE Broadband http://ee.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/my-digital-life/content-lock-and-orange-safeguard

Talk Talk home safe, if your internet provider is TalkTalk you need to disable your Home Safe internet security please see this link for more info http://www.talktalk.co.uk/security/faq/

BT: The following guide should enable you to disable their ‘Smart Setup’ feature. Some users have reported problems with their Home Hub and it is mainly due to this ‘Smart Setup’ messing up the settings that Kodi relies upon. http://www.pcliverpool.co.uk/bt-home-hub-xbmc-kodi-fix.html You may also need to add your device in BT Settings.

Sky: Sky Shield If you have Sky you will need to disable your Sky Shield Click this link. This is the link again: http://help.sky.com/articles/sky-broadband-shield-explained

If you still have no luck try Google searching the issue with ISP. Most issues are explained on Google. Example BT Blocking Kodi. Youtube is another great place to search for issues.

If you find you are still having ISP issues it is probably a good time to look into a VPN.

Thank you.
