Issue #1 On the 17th we were told to arrive at 10am even though we knew we had no matches that day. We just assumed they were going to let us practice since Lily guaranteed multiple times that computers would be available for the entire team at the venue. So we play 1 game and soon as it ends they tell us they need spots for officials. We agree to move and then walk around the venue for about 45 minutes only to come back to see 5 people sitting on their phones playing some sort of Dota / League rip off game.

Issue #2 On day 1 (Dec 18th) we were told our match was at 3pm and to take the 10am shuttle to the venue. Games were delayed and we ending up going against Team YP around 6pm. After that we had to wait for the YP Vs LGD series which ended around midnight due to even more delays. (LGD arrived 1 hour before their game, while we were told to get there about 6 hours prior) Once our match was up an admin came up to us and said if we chose to do a best of 3 for seating we would have to sleep at the venue since public bus transportation ends at 2am. So us and LGD agreed to a best of 1 which started around 1am. By then were just mentally exhausted and just didn't preform how we wanted to. We finally found 2 taxis a bit past 2am to take us back to the hotel. Most of us ended up asleep at 3am if not later since you can imagine how hard it is to just knock out instantly given how stressed we were knowing we have to wake up the around 7am to get ready for day 2.

Issue #3 For day 2 we were the first series played which was supposed to start at 8am leaving us to wake up around 6am to catch the 7am shuttle that we were demanded to get on. So basically we were the last game to finish day 1 which got us back to the hotel around 2:30am, leaving us to get less than 4 hours of sleep for a $50,000 match. The money isn't everything, what we wanted going into this tournament was to finally show we can compete against these international teams but how does WCA expect that when your allowed barely 4 hours of sleep + 7-10 hours of just sitting around day 1 without practice... There were also cheating accusations and multiple rules being broken ( I believe there were 3 rules broken *2 = red card which is a DQ*) But since admins refused to acknowledge their own rule book whats the point..

That is a basic summary of what happened and on a side note I think we were the only Dota 2 team to attend the event without a sponsor, so you can see how much it means to us that we succeed and do our very best. Thank you for listening to our story Eternal Envy & Twitter I hope this helped clear some things up.

I would also like to sincerely thank Kelly and Nikki for everything they've done for us. I can't express enough how grateful my team and I are for the help you gave us at WCA and afterwards as well. I wish you both and your teams the best.

Sorry if I missed anything we've been traveling 40+ hours and my mind is just out of it xD
