My statement about the sh0ts situation.

Explaination as to why sh0ts was removed off of my roster and fl0m and emongg both left willingly (even though it was expected). Sh0ts, fl0m, and emongg were brought on the team as a quick decision mainly because we needed to remove 4sh0t and planks previously and robwiz came to me with the offer to bring on them as a package deal. Sh0ts started out wanting to be the IGL and immediately I realized that he lacked the ability to give us direction or even be a leader for that matter. In the midst of that going on robwiz and I noticed that he didn't really even seem cut out to be a solid teammate for us in Premier. This was about 1 week before the season was even starting. So Rob and I decided we wanted to make a move to replace him before we got deep into the season or anything like that, so we did. We made an effort and the response that we got from fl0m was basically "I'm going to quit the team if you guys cut sh0ts". And in my mind emongg was included in that. So, in order to keep the team alive, seeing as it was so close to the season starting, we decided to continue playing with him and give him a chance. We then attempted to remove him mid-season and I had similar responses from fl0m and even responses from Noble stating that they wanted roster control using excuses like, "all of the pro teams give the roster to the manager of the team" and "Turner league is looking at us and they are asking us to take roster control because they trust us as an organization". It just created a lot of drama so I continued to avoid it. Amidst all of this going on, I was told that practice would not be streamed throughout the season, yet it was. Every single time. This became an issue, especially in playoffs. Yes there were times where some people didn't show up for practice, but we did practice a lot, and I don't believe the fact that we didn't show up for practice is why we had losses throughout the season or even in playoffs. Also, we did not pick up these 3 players under the assumption and with an agreement that EVERYTHING will be streamed. That wasn't part of the deal at all. Another thing to note is, we got invited to the WinOut LAN and Noble was going to provide the funds to have us attend that LAN and even Fragadelphia 6. Robwiz and I were the only players on the team that wanted to attend these LANs and even Noble thought it was a bad idea for us to attend, and their excuse was us underperforming and losing on LAN because of sh0ts. They said they didn't want us to get embarrassed and just lose while they have sponsors watching us. That along with the fact that some people didn't want to have any downtime to their streams because they cared more about streaming than winning. Noble, in my opinion, wanted to just keep fl0m happy and keep him on the team since he gives them a lot of visibility as a streamer. Which is understandable, but it became more about exposure than it did winning. I have nothing against sh0ts as a person or anyone else on the team, but in my opinion and others he's just not a player that needs to be playing at a Premier level. That is why he got removed from the roster. Fl0m left without hesitation obviously because of what I stated earlier, and emong left for similar reasons. Hopefully this clears things up.
