The episode of MBC's variety show <Great Inheritance> which was aired on the 26th ranked #2 for its timeslot.
Chanmi's family background drew particular interest on that episode.
Chanmi's parents divorced when she was still in elementary school and since then, her mother operated a small hair salon to earn a living and to bring up her three daughters on her own.
In this program, Chanmi returned to her hometown to learn beautician techniques from her mother and expressed her inner thoughts to her mother. Her touching story has moved many audience to tears.
<Great Inheritance> is a reality program which depicts artists visiting the workplace of their parents to experience what their parents had gone through by working together with their parents and to gain knowledge on life lessons through this experience, from their parents.
