Addressing TSM's lies
Dear community.
Firstly H2K were dealing with this matter totally privately. It was TSM that took this to the media:

I have seen lots of arguments back on fourth between you guys over who you think might be right on wrong from a legal standpoint. I will not further address anything pertaining to legal matters as that will be decided by the governing bodies that be.
I will however, as I feel I must, quickly address these lies by Reginald/Sven suggesting that I inappropriately involved his family.
Reginald: “The following screenshots show evidence of Svenskeren communicating that he felt harassed, and feeling that H2K stepped outside the bounds of any agreement involving his family…”
PROOF THAT SVEN REQUESTED EVERYTHING GO THROUGH HIS MOTHER & THAT HE HIMSELF INVOLVED HIS FAMILY.

And just to totally clear it up, the phone conversation between me and Sven’s mother was literally me asking her to check her email as I didn't receive a reply after 2 days – This being the email address that Sven said I should send everything to. Because of this I asked Sven to tell his mum to check her emails, which he didn't. If the phone logs were ever checked it would show that this was the only phonecall that was ever made.
Honestly, this is primarily a legal matter, but when someone has the gall to lie about me making threats to someone’s family I have to defend myself.
I will not make any further comment as I stress again that the rest is all legal issues which will be resolved in a proper manner, unless I am forced to address more serious lies about my name.
