As an adult you should understand when entertaing an establishment you do have a freedom of speech within certain limitations; breaking those limitations can result in an expulsion. Expulsion from not following these guidelines is exactly what happened here.

In using reddit (like any web fourm) you are expected to follow the rules of reddit, and also what is know as reddiquette. Again as an adult and as a proclaimed GameDev you should be familiar with ToS, CoC, and UAs of a service.
