My side

Not going to write a novel and start off by saying "It started when.."

I will only counter their points with my side of the story.

I am going to start off by saying, I did not cut these players off my team. We had a meeting last night after our CEO advised us to talk about our issues. The team expressed to me about their options and I simply told them my personal opinion after they explained to me they had another option. As stated below:

draek: I personally feel.. it would make most sense for us to part our ways. And the fact you guys have another option to go to another org.. would make it more ideal. That way, it doesn't seem i am forcing myself into the lineup and you guys would ultimately feel more comfortable as well.
inVert: i understand
inVert: we'll tell the org tonight
draek: perfect

This wasn't me cutting them or going behind their backs as they stated. As far as me being the leader.. ESEA advised us to handle it internally and talk with the organization as well. This is exactly how we handled it. The players advised that they didn't feel like I was 100% ready to play up to their par and explained they had an option to go to another organization and compete under a different team.

Going back to the whole thing where I was salty about them replacing me; well, unfortunately that is completely false. Refer to :

Players such as drawsoul, scoutz (former player), and tvu (former player) can tell you, I only focused on myself and worked to improve myself. During the season, I was constantly blamed for situations and used a scapegoat. Stan has actually apologized numerous times and told me during our meeting last night he understood how I felt and was sorry that he came off so aggressive on me. Even during our stretch of losing and some of the guys being harsh on me.. I did not once lash out or become a "toxic" player. I only focused on myself and admitted to my faults.

This whole situation upsets me.. and it further disappoints me that these guys are painting a negative picture of me where I was selfish and wanted to keep the roster for my own benefit. I only wanted what was best.. and just dealt with the cards that were handed to me. I don't know what else to say but I worked hard to be in this position and have only my team history and track record to prove that I am not the player these guys are trying to say I am. I don't think anyone can say I am shady due to sole fact that I haven't done one single thing. After those guys went their own way, I reached out to drawsoul and said we should make the most of our situation and try to finish the season out.

I am open to questions.

Again, I'd like to thank Scream and the organization for not forcing anything and letting the PLAYERS come to a MUTUAL decision. I have other logs and messages saved that only further prove their intentions and insecurities.
