@LGUS @LGUSAMobile I am EXTREMELY annoyed at your company right now. If you thought I was annoyed when I wrote: http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sn6198 , well prepare to be amazed. Since writing that post, I was told to get in contact with your "Executive Service Team". I did, naively thinking you cared about your customers. Sadly I was mistaken. I have not heard back from them despite several emails, and I could not reach anyone when I tried calling. When I mentioned that to you on Twitter August 29th, I did not receive a response. Why have customer support if they don't do anything? The money spent on salaries would be much better being shredded, at least then you'd have entertainment from watching money go to waste.
