How to apply for New Pan Card Status
First open its official site
Download 49A form. Fill all the required information asked to write and submit the form
Confirmation screen will be seen if it is properly written
Now Acknowledgement will be seen with a specific 15 digit numbers
Now take a print of this acknowledgement form
Affix two passport size photos of white background. The photograph space is seen in the acknowledgement form please glue it there.
Left thumb impression and signature should be on the box provided. Signature should not be printed on the photo you have attached.
Payment could be paid by demand draft, cherub, net banking or credit or debit card
