Andrew Maxwell: Yo Contraire
Political comedian? it's not something I'd of said previously but Maxwell's material is very much that, topical and up to date, Maxwell is a self confessed news junkie and it tells.
He has a wonderful take on life, A kind of why not, and if it doesn't hurt anyone, just do it attitude. Probably the most relaxed I've seen him in all the years, a mature Maxwell looks at home perched upon his stool, chatting to the audience like regulars down his local.
It was a good hour of comedy and funny throughout, not his best ever show and not a must see but definitely worth your consideration next time you're looking for a show.
