Nova Double lock-out
@misumemonk We have no idea. We cleared 12/13 Mythic on Wednesday and did a Archimonde Heroic immediately afterwards and went to bed. When we started our raid again on Thursday evening everything had completely reset. Our raid leader set up a ticket with a average response time of 10 hours, we decided to reclear instead of waiting. We don't really have time to waste with 5 evenings a week. Managed to get 10 or so pulls on Archimonde instead of none. Even now the ticket still hasn't been dealt with by Blizzard.
We're expecting the loot to be taken off us for sure, no doubts. Everyone up in arms about us getting a massive unfair advantage; don't worry my dears. We've pulled Archimonde a grand total of 12 times and we haven't paid anyone hundreds of dollars/euro for an addon just yet.

We're a 5 day a week guild, raiding 4.5 hours a night. We have no inside knowledge or addons. Archimonde is safe for another week.
cl;dr Our I.D reset for no reason. Our tickets haven't been dealt with. We decided to continue instead of waiting for a response because of our very limited raid times.
