You're busted, ESET.
After filing case #1332693, which looks a lot like case #1228343, I asked around the internet about it. I got an answer on Reddit.

I have to wonder what the hell is going on with you to take at least 41 weeks and 6 days to fix this problem, to stop hogging so much of my hard drive.
