NAR scrimmed literally right before the series. Mojo's internet was occasionally dropping a bit, but was still completely usable. While they were in the process of going into the lobby the internet completely went out. The provider (Time Warner) had an outage that covered most of NYC.

MSS was in the process of going to a family members house to play, then his internet came back up. If he played at his family members he would have had to play on a laptop (and would have had to update Dota). So after moving the laptop there, he is now going back to his own house to play on his normal desktop setup.

I'm not apologizing for a player wanting to play a qualifier for a ~10m dollar event on their home setup at the cost of 30-40 minutes. The situation was completely outside our control.
