Scheduled power interruption on May 31 due to synchronized shutdown of the 100MVA Transformer 5 at Ormoc Substation and 69kV Milagro-Lemon-Biliran-Tunga-Palo and Milagro-Ormoc-Baybay lines to facilitate Annual Preventive Maintenance on the transformer and maintenance works on the lines to affect :
